Sunset Seaview Bar & Restaurant

Sunset Seaview Bar & Restaurant is the perfect spot for those who want to enjoy a great view with minimal travel and effort. Located just off the main road on the way out of Sairee towards Mae Haad, it’s located at the top of a short but steep section of road. 

Access

Coming out of Sairee on the main road take the second exit on the left after Monsoon Gym. Continue upwards, the road bears round to the right and you arrive directly at Sunset Seaview Bar & Restaurant. Easy! The road can sometimes be a little easy to miss. If you happen to overshoot the turning and need to turn around, you’ll notice a vividly colored sign when approaching from the opposite direction. 

Fees

There are no fees to go inside as long as you buy something to eat or drink. If you want to take photos without purchasing anything, then you may be charged a small fee. 

Services & Facilities

The location offers a varied menu and Thai and Western dishes. Along with a range of cold soft drinks, fruit shakes, spirits, and local beers. 

The family that runs the bar and restaurant has built a large deck from which you can enjoy the view. Low tables and Thai cushions comprise most of the seating. 

Sunrise or Sunset? 

Sunset. Looking directly west into the setting sun, Sunset Seaview Bar & Restaurant is best enjoyed at the end of the day as the sun starts to drop over the horizon.
