You’ll venture into lesser-explored areas and find hidden gems on the island that might go unnoticed otherwise.

Join a Koh Tao Treasure Hunt!

Perfect for families, groups of friends, or teambuilding events, Treasure Island Challenge Koh Tao is a full-day (approx six hours) fully immersive experience for groups of up to 12. Upon request, we can accommodate larger groups, while smaller groups and solo travelers are encouraged to join existing bookings and explore together. A fantastic experience for children aged four and above. It can bring as much enjoyment for adults as it does for kids, and occasionally, even more! Plus, infants under four can go for free. 

Trip Details

The Koh Tao Treasure Island Challenge excursions set off from their Mae Haad office every day at 9 am and 11 am. We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as each treasure hunt has a limit of twelve adults. Throughout your Koh Tao treasure hunt, you’ll:

  • Explore far and wide across the island.
  • Visit charming beaches and secluded secret bays.
  • Snorkel for clues surrounded by stunning marine life.
  • Meet friendly locals to help you on your quest.
  • Visit spectacular viewpoints for a birds-eye view of Koh Tao.
  • Sample delicious local food and drinks throughout the day.
  • Solve mysteries and find the Treasure!

What to Bring

The Koh Tao Treasure Island Challenge team will provide all the guidance, equipment, and safety support you need. All you have to bring is yourself, a spirit for adventure, and the suggested items listed below;

  • Swimwear 
  • A towel
  • Trainers or sturdy sandals for walking
  • Sunscreen and mosquito spray
  • A small bag for your cash, phone, and camera, etc
  • A waterproof jacket (just in case!)
  • Please bring passport numbers with you to sign up for included insurance

  1. The date for the activity is adjustable and can be modified at any time, provided that the desired alternative date is available.
  2. You may cancel the activity at any time and receive a full refund, minus a 150 baht per person administrative fee.
  3. Island Travel does not impose any commission fees on activity bookings. The pricing for each activity we provide aligns with the rates established by the operator.
