Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please Take Note:
Print your E-Ticket: To ensure a smooth checking in process, it is recommended that you provide the ferry operators with a printed paper ticket. Your booking is valid only for the exact date and time specified on the ticket.
If you wish to change either the time or date you must notify us 72 hours prior to departure.
• Check in time is 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Boarding will generally close 10 minutes before departure time. If you are late the ticket cannot be refunded.
Cancellation and Change Policy:
Refunds for ferry and / or ferry & bus tickets can only be issued at our discretion with 72 hours cancellation notice at 50% or minimum 300 baht service fee, whichever is greater.
Refunds for flight tickets may not be possible at all and is dependent upon ticket conditions and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Cancellation & refund for train tickets 40% refund of the printed price on train tickets is possible but only if processed before the train departs.
Changing a train ticket is possible dependent upon whether the new seat/ bed is available and cost 300 baht administration fee
A no-show will be treated as a last minute cancellation and is not subject to refund.
• Booking changes are subject to a service fee of 200 baht plus the difference in ticket price. It’s dependent upon seat availability and the request should be submitted 72 hours or more prior to your departure.
